Gantry crane to lift cement blocks

I notice the new workers are too lazy, so decided to make a something that can grabe the cement block pallets and go. cement blocks was about 80 kg in weight.. so it was also kind of heavy to move all day.

Seems to work well with the grabbing design.. so next was to design a gantry crane that can move this pallet one side to other.

Above pic is using 2 lazy worker to grab the pallet n stack it. 🤦‍♂️ time consuming n dependable on them, not practical for a production line.

After doing this gantry crane to carry the cement blocks we was able to handle it much faster and only 1 worker is required.
