How to properly maintain your steel beams and ms sheets

Below is a step by step guide on how you can treat your steel beams or ms sheets which are not coated in the manufacture process.

Step 1.
Clean the rust using wire brush or cup brusg or sander paper, if the ruat is to atrong u can try chipping it or sand balst it

Step 2.
Clean the sut with air blowing and apply petrol ot some sort of dust particles cleaner

Step 3.
Apply primer paint.. red oxide paint or aluminium paint

Apply red oxide  

Step 4.
Apply finish paint, 2 coat of paint. In this project we use nippon paint.
